Shipment processing time:
Because we carry the products displayed on our website on-hand, orders are usually processed the same day. In some cases this may not be possible, and your order will be processed the next business day. If there are going to be any further delays, we will contact you.
We process orders Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm

Altier Jewelers Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy:

Returns

All sales are final.
DAMAGES
If you feel your item was defective or damaged prior to shipping, please submit your claim to info@altierjewelers.com and/or call our store for further instructions.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, keep and take pictures of the damages to the item and the packaging it was received in. You can submit your claim to info@altierjewelers.com and/or call our store for further instructions.
EXCHANGES
(if applicable)
There are certain situations where exchanges are granted for gifted items. If your gift is eligible for an exchange, your item must also be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when shipping an item to our store. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
